The Ed Lally Foundation’s “Power of Expression” is a four-part video series in service of mental health awareness and suicide prevention. We have included a summary of each video, along with discussion points and interactive activities. We recommend that you take into consideration the need for discussion and / or processing after each installment of the series. To maintain continuity and have the greatest impact, we also recommend that you and/or your organization complete the four-part series inside of a seven day window. We are grateful for the opportunity to share our mental health message with you.
