MMH Support Groups
We offer a variety of Mindful Mental Health (MMH) support groups that embody our foundation's proactive approach to mental health. Each peer-to-peer support group meeting allows its members the opportunity to participate in group dialogue and/or to learn and practice coping skills and healing strategies like mindfulness and breathwork.
Men’s & Women's Mindful Mental Health Groups
Inspired by the mental health journey that Big Infinite members Jordan, D.J. and Andre underwent following the passing of Jordan's father Ed to clinical depression and suicide, the Ed Lally Foundation's Men's Mindful Mental Health Group welcomes men from all walks of life to join monthly meetings and annuals retreats consisting of honest conversation and mindful mental health practice (to get a sense of what a Men's group meeting is like check out the video here).
Our Women's Mindful Mental Health Group, facilitated by Rachel Dvoskin, Megan Lally and Kim Fritzges, offers the same monthly and yearly opportunities for women in our community - with better refreshments!
Each monthly meeting includes a group discussion and down-to-earth, accessible mindfulness exercise or breathing technique. These support groups are offered free to the community. For more information, please contact us.

We invite you to come as you are, ready to talk or simply listen. In addition to our monthly meetings, our group offers periodic socials and a yearly retreat each November on Suicide Loss Survivors Day.
If you have lost someone close to you to suicide and would like to attend one of our monthly meetings, please fill out this registration form Suicide Bereavement Support Group Questionnaire and we will respond with additional information.
