Join us for an hour devoted to relaxation and calm. Sleep-Based Meditation— also known as Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep—is an accessible form of meditation intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. No experience is necessary and all are welcome! 

Class will be led by Carla Campbell, RYT 200, Advanced Nidra Practitioner
