Our Women's Mindful Mental Health Group, facilitated by Rachel Dvoskin, Megan Lally and Kim Fritzges, offers the same monthly and yearly opportunities for women in our community - with better refreshments! 

Each monthly meeting includes a group discussion and down-to-earth, accessible mindfulness exercise or breathing technique. These support groups are offered free to the community.
