Women’s Mindful Mental Health

Women of all ages are invited to join us for an authentic hour of honest conversation and mindful mental health practice. Our gathering will include a brief talk, open and honest discussion, a guided meditation and time devoted to self-reflection. Come as you are - joyful, depressed, anxious or at ease. The Ed Lally Foundation's goal is to make mental health accessible to all!
