Mindfulness & Yoga for Tweens

4 week session via Zoom (week 3)

Kids in grades 5 through 7 are invited to join this fun and engaging four-week session! Participants will learn simple yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness strategies that will help them cultivate calm and clarity.
