Cost is $48 for 4 week series. Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings at 8:00PM EST and last approximately 50 minutes. 2/23,3/2, 3/9, and 3/16.

Moms of all ages & stages are invited to participate in four-meaningful sessions learning strategies to reduce stress and worry. We will explore the practices of self-compassion and self-love through guided meditations, relaxation techniques, deep breathing exercises, journaling, and honest conversations. We will examine challenges that prevent us being fully present in our busy lives. No experience or props are necessary and all are welcome! Classes will be taught in a down to earth and accessible manner. Come as you are with an open heart. Comfy clothes are encouraged!
Price includes four 50 minute interactive sessions, four additional mindful meditations to practice in between sessions, and a journal to be used for reflection during and after the sessions.
