Breathe.Move.Heal. ~ All Levels Yoga
Come as you are! Experience the deep nourishment, and healing, from the combination of breath and movement. Yoga postures will be thoroughly explained in order to create a strong foundation, and to help students feel safe as they move through their practice.
Class will be taught via zoom by Sarah Barrett
Sarah has always had a passion to help others. She initially discovered the practice of yoga while in college studying for her bachelors in Social Work. Having experienced much grief at an early age, Sarah felt how influential connecting with her breath and physical body was for her mental state, and overall healing. Sarah realized there was something special about the practice that called her to study,and now share the gifts of yoga with others. Sarah aims to create a safe space for her students to get to know themselves more fully.
Sarah completed her 200 hour teacher training at The Yoga Center of Columbia where she studied Alignment Based Hatha.
