3rd Annual Mens Group Retreat

We had a great time at the 3rd Annual ELF "Men’s Group Retreat" at Rock Ridge Shelter at Rocks State Park. Attendees had the opportunity to connect with one another, experience introductory mindful mental health practices like meditation and breath work and enjoy some good food!
